- Determine job requirements
- Comply with work health and safety (WHS) requirements at all times
- Identify warehouse receival and dispatch areas organisational requirements from enterprise quality practices and procedures
- Allocate/coordinate work activities in receival and dispatch areas
- Distribute and collect relevant documentation
- Develop contingency procedures and implement for receival and dispatch problems
- Maintain stock receival and dispatch system
- Produce receival and dispatch reports, as required
- Make modifications to dispatch and receival system according to SOPs
- Identify and report problems with receival and dispatch system
- Participate in continuous improvement of dispatch and receival systems
